Josh and Marlena helped us when we were in a situation we saw no way out of. My husband and I got into a situation owing back taxes and had to sell our home to pay the back taxes , with the option to make monthly payments then buy it back for a set amount of money within 12 months. I started working with Josh and Marlena to buy our house, double close buy house back and then sell to them. I had no idea what I was in store for when I asked to buy my house back. Josh and Marlena were a huge support for my husband and I. These two wonderful people went to bat for us time and time again, got advise on our situation via an attorney at no cost to us. I did not know when I signed the contract to sell my home to the 1st company what a ordeal it would be to get it back. I got a VERY fair price for my home, was able to pay off 1st company and move to new state and start over with my family.
